debian: Enable affine services
Enable affine-tasks.service affine-platform.sh.service so that kernel threads have the correct priority/affinity. Test Plan PASS Build worker-utils package PASS Build ISO PASS Boot AIO ISO PASS Check via "systemctl status" that the affine-tasks.service and affine-platform.sh.service start at boot. PASS Check the output ps-sched.sh for proper affining and priority setting of the kernel threads.
