parted: compile with enable-device-mapper

This is required to support the DM Multipath device.

Test Plan:

PASS: AIO-SX with Ceph, 1 osd
PASS: AIO-SX with Ceph, 2 osd
PASS: AIO-SX with Ceph, 4 osd
PASS: AIO-DX with Ceph, 2 osd
PASS: AIO-DX with Ceph, 4 osd
PASS: Standard + Storage, with Ceph, 4 osd
