Using the 1.4.55-1~bpo10+1 not the default version 1.4.59-1 of bullseye
in order to port the patch check-content-length.patch due to the big
gap of codes.
Ingore the patch lighttpd-tpm-support.patch since the TPM is deprecated.
Porting the spec patch spec-include-TiS-changes.patch from CentOS and
disable 3 sub-packages since some configure options are disabled by
spec-include-TiS-changes.patch.

The upstream version of lighttpd has changed in upstream.
A rebase in configfile.c and mod_openssl.c was required.

Package lighttpd-config is added to config customized config
file of lighttpd.
lighttpd-csr.conf is removed, since it is not used in build.
Patches in files folder are moved to patches folder.
Test:
Pass build and multi node deploy test. Confirmed related config
file is the same as before in deploy.

When do Centos 7.5 upgraded, some patches didn't resolve and cause
the fuzzy in the line numbers of the patches. And it may cause
.orig file is created when do patch. And this .orig file will lead
to rpm packaging failure due to the unexpected and unpackaged .orig
file.

The installed lighttpd.conf file missed an entry for ipv6 support
This modification simply adds the missing configuration entry
to enable the system to properly support ipv6 configurations
