Charles Short 270fff6288 debian: Fix libfdt package install 
When installing the libfdt package is installed it install
the package contents to /sbuild-nonexistent which is incorrect.

Test Plan
PASS Build package and check the contents of the package.

Only needed for building qemu on Centos.

I have found traces of this package for earlier epel release (5 and 6).  Not
sure why it's not provided anymore.
