aabhinav ae5ea181b7 Add missing field setters for kube-rootca update strategy object 
Complete the initialization of DcmanagerKubeRootcaUpdateStrategyShowObject
by adding setter calls for all expected fields. This ensures that the
object is fully populated.

Test Plan:
PASS: Verify kube-rootca update strategy object initializes all fields
