This commit adds an USM plugin to collect data with
collect tool. The collected data is, essentially:
- Files under /opt/software directory
- Output from several "software" commands
Test Plan
PASS: build/install iso, verify script is in /etc/collect.d
PASS: run collect tool, open collect bundle and verify the
data is collected as expected
