Add names to include tasks 
Latest ansible-lint is finding this.  It seems reasonable enough to
ensure the task is named; it's always nice to have context about what
is happening as you read the file.

Collect output from build pods

This role can be used instead of the :zuulfetch-output role when the synchronize module doesn't work with kubectl connection.

This role requires the origin-client oc to be installed.

Role Variables
