Joshua Hesketh ad4abbbd5a Remove unused code path in zuul_swift_upload 
I'm not sure if this was being kept around for any particular reason, but
since it is unused I'm assuming we can remove it. If not, we should move
USE_SHADE to a global up the top.

Upload logs to a swift container

This uploads logs to an OpenStack Object Store (Swift) container.

Warning

Do not use this role, the API is not complete.

Role Variables

Complex argument which contains the cloud configuration in os-cloud-config (clouds.yaml) format. It is expected that this argument comes from a Secret.
