Update events lists/banner after 2018 Ansiblefest

Browse Source 
Now that the 2018 Ansiblefest in Austin has concluded, remove it
from the list of upcoming community events. Also update the main
page banner to the next listed event, 2018 OpenStack Summit in
Berlin.
