Fix VxFlexOS documentation
Remove unnecessary instructions for containerized deployment using VxFlex OS driver. Old instructions are not working and will not be applicable after the bug will be resolved. Change-Id: I16319ab394e75cbe5d8898afcb1d1043f898f315 Closes-Bug: #1846483
