Matan Sabag 164010ab0c EMC ScaleIO - fix bug in extend volume 
Our storage system works in 8GB granularity.
If User extends volume from X to Y while X==Y(mod 8)
it is redundant and fails the REST call.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started
