John Griffith 51a22591a4 Add external genconfig calls 
After moving to oslo.config we still were using
incubator config generator.  This was ok, but the
problem is we haven't been pulling config options
from the oslo libs.

This is a hack that just appends external lib calls
and appends those options to the sample file being built.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started

If you'd like to run from the master branch, you can clone the git repo:
