Ivan Kolodyazhny 711e88a8f9 Remove unsupported BlockDeviceDriver 
BlockDeviceDriver was deprecated in Ocata release and marked as
'unsupported'. There is no CI for it too.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
