Shay Halsband 7f44844cc1 XtremIO: support of snapshot manage commands 
As snapshots are volumes in XtremIO, all this change does is route
the snapshot manage calls to the appropriate volume manage calls.

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
