Eric Harney b9eaa828e0 Make the LVM Barbican job vote 
This is the only job that tests Cinder+Barbican
integration.

It should be voting, as this is vital for users of
encrypted volumes.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
