xing-yang c43e1cc1b0 Add driver interface for groups 
This patch adds the Generic Volume Groups interface for drivers.
Also fixed a few docstrings for groups driver functions.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
