Vipin Balachandran cfe138bf81 VMware: Apply policy at vmdk level during retype Currently we do not update the vmdk storage policy when the volume's storage policy is changed due to retype. CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
