Ivan Kolodyazhny f465e978aa Use pbr wsgi_scripts to install Cinder WSGI entry point 
pbr 1.4.0 added support for wsgi_scripts that creates scripts for wsgi
servers on install.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.

Getting Started
