Takashi Kajinami 0357a47900 Remove Senlin support
The senlin project was marked inactive during this cycle[1]. Its
project health has not been improved even at m-2 thus 2024.1 release
will not be created for this project.

The project is retired because of no interest/volunteer to maintain
it[2].
