sunyonggen d16cb8771d Add doc of OAuth 2.0 Mutual-TLS Authenticate
The OAuth2.0 Access Token API is modified, support to get an OAuth2.0
certificate-bound access token from the keystone identity server with
OAuth 2.0 credentials and Mutual-TLS certificates.

Implements: blueprint support-oauth2-mtls

OpenStack Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
