1d5bd21976 Update fluentd config for rpm distros 
Fluentd repo/packages are changed in depends changes below.
Rpm distros need changes in their config for properly
start and deploy fluentd containers.

dff4c6b328 Skydive: allow access to netns for skydive agents 
This access is now mandatory for skydive.
It allows to add netns info to the topology, and to
attach interfaces to their netns if needed.

Closes-Bug: #1710627

004bc131a3 fix line lenght issues in networking-guide 
- This change fixes line length issues
  releating to the odl docs in the networking
  guide.
- The odl sections effected by this patch were
  merged before the line lenght checks were
  enforced by the gate.
- This change is required to unblock the
  ovs-dpdk docs.

9ea1b06bfa Remove service_providers in vpnaas_agent.ini 
Service_providers config group is already configured in the neutron_vpnaas.conf.
So, we only need to load the neutron_vpnaas.conf configuration file
when the neutron_vpnaas_agent container starts, without having
to duplicate the configuration.

24427735da Update default settings in libvirtd.conf jinja template 
Existing defaults are setup for tcp, and set ca_file to an empty string.
'If you set this to an empty string, then no trusted CA certificate is loaded.'

libvirt may complain 'unsupported configuration: No server certificate path
set to match server key', as such tls should also be explicitly set to 0.

0da03ad2a4 Change cleaning_network_uuid to cleaning_network 
Cleaning_network_uuid config option was Deprecated.
The cleaning_network replace it.

Kolla ansible code was updated it.

So,we need update in ironic-guide.rst.

ee66b6468d Fix wrong condition for iscsid container 
Iscsid is not only needed by cinder lvm backend, but also by ironic
conductor container.
