Now that we are using gitea the contents of our README.rst are more prominently displayed. Starting it with a "Team and repository tags" title is a bit confusing. OpenStack Neutron
Neutron is an OpenStack project to provide "network connectivity as a service" between interface devices (e.g., vNICs) managed by other OpenStack services (e.g., Nova).
