Dmitriy Rabotyagov 6f02bcf4af Auto-fix usage of modules via FQCN
Since ansible-core 2.10 it is recommended to use modules via FQCN
In order to align with recommendation, we perform migration
by applying suggestions made by `ansible-lint --fix=fqcn`

OpenStack-Ansible openstack_hosts

Role for basic setup and configuration of a host machine for use within OpenStack. This role tunes a host to receive OpenStack. The basic operations within the role install, set up, and tune specific kernel options that all OpenStack hosts need to perform nominally.
