Marc Gariepy 85ecc37e11 Only configure systat on debian based system.

template systat cron for centos

only install /etc/default/systat on ubuntu
/etc/default/sysstat only configure debian-sa1 which is not on centos

introduce 2 vars :
 openstack_host_sysstat_file
 openstack_host_cron_template

OpenStack-Ansible openstack_hosts

Role for basic setup and configuration of a host machine for use within OpenStack. This role tunes a host to receive OpenStack. The basic operations within the role install, set up, and tune specific kernel options that all OpenStack hosts need to perform nominally.
