Dmitriy Rabotyagov 92dd758f04 Ensure git safe directory is templated properly

We're missing `=` in gitconfig template. That template is being used
only when `git` is missing from the image template, which is the reason
why it slipped attention.

OpenStack-Ansible openstack_hosts

Role for basic setup and configuration of a host machine for use within OpenStack. This role tunes a host to receive OpenStack. The basic operations within the role install, set up, and tune specific kernel options that all OpenStack hosts need to perform nominally.
