Dmitriy Rabotyagov 4a58212a5e Use standalone httpd role

In order to unify approach for managing Apache Web server, we migrate
to usage of standalone `httpd` role instead of managing apache
separately inside service roles.

OpenStack-Ansible keystone

Ansible role that installs and configures OpenStack Keystone. Keystone is installed behind the Apache webserver listening on port 5000 by default.
