2e2a052612 [www] Update static sitemap.xml 
The new sitemap.xml is generated (based on this readme [1]) after the
script is updated [2] with latest release ID (2025.1) and the
sitemap.xml here is updated with the generated xml.

Reason for revert: This break translation update jobs that still need to run on Ubuntu 18.04. Will resubmit once that blocker is resolved.

205fcbcf1c [www] Update project data of 2024.2 Dalmatian 
Project data for a release is added just before a series final release.
At that time not all project merges all the necessary patches, hence
documentation is not available for all projects. As time passes some of
the originally missing documentation are already generated, so the
project data can be updated to the given release.

f9539a2d28 [www] Set 2025.1 Epoxy as released 
Update 2025.1 Epoxy series info in www-generator.py so that it is
marked as 'maintained', thus released.

This patch needs to be merged at release day, April 2nd.

6929e568ea [www] Setup 2025.2 Flamingo and add project data to Epoxy 
This change adds
* default pages for next release, 2025.2 Flamingo
* 2025.1 Epoxy project data so that index pages will be generated

It still keeps 2025.1 Epoxy in development phase. A future change
will transition it to 'maintained' at release time.

The patch content was setup by following the www page release
guideline [1].

d160b409bc [www] Update project data template 
These were commented before:
- openstack-chef is retired, we don't need it in the template
- kuryr is listed as library in deliverables/<series>/kuryr.yaml
So this patch updates these.

When installing RabbitMQ, in some cases it is necessary to
increase the file descriptor limit to ensure stable operations.

2be7c4d0dd Add networking-ovn to _RETIRED_REPOS 
The code was moved into Neutron in Ussuri and retired
during Zed, make sure any reference from
docs.openstack.org redirects to README.rst which
says as much.
