Toure Dunnon e2ff3df5e8 Running new workflow based on existing execution.
This is the client side work which will allow the operator
to execute a new workflow based on the input of the same
running workflow.

Python bindings to the OpenStack Workflow API
=============================================
This is a client for OpenStack Mistral API. There's a Python API
(the :mod:`mistralclient` module), and a command-line script
(installed as :program:`mistral`).
