VIM Rest API updates for kubernetes and software upgrade

This commit updates documentation, below are the updates done
in kubernetes and software deploy upgrade strategy.
1. Kubernetes upgrade section is added
2. Updated missing request and response parameters
3. Details of the mandatory and recommended parameters added
4. System health API URL is modified and also removed API from few places as
its taken care as part of deploy precheck.

PASSED: Converted into html format(tox -e api-ref)
PASSED: Converted into html format(sphinx-build)
