The contents of the Zuul website

Jeremy Stanley 98ed431f6c Convert Arcana files from DOS to UNIX line endings ... Switch all the Arcana text/HTML/CSS/JS files which used CR+LF line endings to plain LF like other files in the repository, for consistency and ease of maintenance. Some files had mixed line endings, so fix them as well. Also clean up a handful of mixed tab+space indents in www/index.html along with one line which had only whitespace characters on it.
